David E. Bank, MD, FAAD

Dr. David E. Bank, founder and director of The Center for Dermatology, Cosmetic, and Laser Surgery in Mount Kisco (one of the top ten laser centers in the country: Self magazine), is a prominent dermatologist with over 15 years of practice experience in the field of dermatology and cosmetic surgery. Renowned for his timely knowledge, common sense advice, penetrating insight, and easy-to-understand answers, Dr. Bank is the foremost expert in his field.

At The Center, Dr. Bank has perfected treatments in all types of non-surgical procedures including chemical peels and laser treatments for wrinkles, blood vessels, age spots, and scars. He also performs tumescent liposuction, sclerotherapy for leg veins, treatments for stretch marks, collagen and Botox injections, LightSheer Diode laser for hair removal, Contour Threadlift, a non-surgical approach to lifting and Thermage for skin tightening and contouring. Throughout his career he has been quoted in the nation's top magazines and has authored "Beautiful Skin — Every Womans Guide to Looking Her Best at Any Age", (Adams Media, May 2000), a comprehensive guide to appearance enhancement to help women of all ages and skin types look and feel their best.

Recently tapped in the highly coveted position of expert witness for the Federal Trade Commission, Dr. Bank is also a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Medical Association, and American Society of Liposuction Surgery, and is on the Board of Directors of the New York State Dermatology Society. Along with his unparalleled experience in the field, his extensive formal training has made Dr. Bank one of the most sought after dermatologists in the country. After receiving his B.A. (cum laude) in philosophy from Yale University in 1981, he went on to Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1985. He interned in internal medicine at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center (1985-86) and completed his residency in dermatology at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital and Medical Center (1986-89) where he has remained a member of the teaching faculty ever since.

Dr. Bank currently resides in Mount Kisco, NY with his wife and two sons.
