This is a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between Millennium Medical Communications, Inc. and you (“You” or “your”). This Agreement governs your use of the Physicians Professional Network™ located at www.physpro.net (the “Site” or “Sites”). We may periodically change the Terms of Use without notice to you, so please check back from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, any new features that augment or enhance the Site shall be subject to these Terms.
If you are a member of the Physicians Professional Network Advisory Council™ (the “Advisory Council”), you are also subject to the terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) governing your participation therein. To the extent the Terms and Use conflict with the Terms and Conditions, the latter shall apply.

- Description of Services
This Site provides healthcare practitioners with tools, resources and information (collectively the “Materials”) to participate in and manage professional networks.
- Eligibility
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; you are a licensed healthcare professional.
- Ownership of Materials
All Materials on the Site are provided by Millennium Medical Communications, Inc. unless otherwise indicated.
Privacy Policy
- We do not release proprietary database information about your use of our site, including mailing and e-mail addresses, to any third party.
- We collect the domain name and email address of users to our site, information volunteered by the user such as quiz/evaluation information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used to notify users about updates and to provide confirmation on course completions. This information is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.
- We use industry-standard data-encryption technology when we transfer and receive personal information on our site. We maintain appropriate security measures in our physical facilities to protect against loss, misuse, or alteration of information we have collected from you at our site.
